Hangar Log #4 – It Finally Feels Real

For the last few months, Mecha Hangar has mostly existed in my head.

Ideas.
Notes.
Late night planning.
Distributor applications.
Website edits.
Boxes that hadn’t arrived yet.

A lot of work that didn’t really look like progress from the outside.

But this week, the first wave of inventory finally came in.

And for the first time, it started feeling real.

Not because shelves are full.
Not because the store is “complete.”
Not because everything is figured out.

Honestly, there’s still a ton left to improve.

More inventory.
Better product photography.
Tools and accessories.
Cleaner workflows.
More content.

But opening those boxes felt different.

Because every kit sitting on those shelves right now represents movement.

The beginning of something.

Mecha Hangar is still small.
Still growing carefully.
Still learning.

But it’s moving forward now.

And I think that matters more than trying to look established overnight.

A lot more inventory is already on the way.

For now, I’m just focused on continuing to build this properly.

One step at a time.
