Refund policy

At Mecha Hangar, we carefully inspect and package every order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and unopened
  • Original packaging must be intact and in re-sellable condition
  • Shrink wrap (if applicable) must not be removed
  • All runners, parts, and contents must be untouched

Due to the collectible nature of model kits, all sales are final once packaging has been opened.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened model kits
  • Items with damaged or missing packaging due to customer handling
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Special order or distributor-requested items

Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at [support@mechahangar.com]
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using tracked shipping. We are not responsible for lost return packages.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging
  • We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible

We may offer:

  • Replacement (if available)
  • Store credit
  • Refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless we made an error)

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they ship.
Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process above.
