Shipping at Mecha Hangar

At Mecha Hangar, we treat every kit like it’s headed to our own build table.

We know box condition matters. We know limited runs matter. And we know the feeling of waiting for that new kit to land.

Here’s how we handle it.

Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

We don’t rush orders out carelessly — we pack them properly.

You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on the way.

Every kit is:

We’re collectors too. We get it.

Currently shipping within the United States.

As we grow, we’ll expand.

Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.

Once it leaves the Hangar, delivery speed depends on the carrier — but we’ll always provide tracking so you can follow it.

If something doesn’t arrive the way it should:

We’re builders. We stand behind what we send.

Double-check your shipping address before checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will apply.

Need to cancel or adjust something?

Reach out within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once it ships, we can’t pull it back from orbit.

When pre-orders are available:

If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item arrives.

If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, please place separate orders.
