Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods (new drops, holidays, events), processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you posted.
Do you ship preorders with in-stock items?
If your order includes a preorder item, the entire order will ship together once the preorder is in stock (so everything arrives in one box).
If you want in-stock items shipped sooner, place separate orders.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and carrier rates.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — but it’s on the roadmap. For now, we ship within the United States.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order is packed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Returns & Issues
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition they arrived in (unopened/unused).

What if my item arrives damaged?
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the shipping box + packing materials + item damage
We’ll work with you on the best next step (replacement if available, or another solution).
What if my package says “Delivered” but I didn’t get it?
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early. First, check:
- around your home / porch / mailbox
- with neighbors / household members
- your local post office
If it’s still missing after 24–48 hours, contact us and we’ll help you with next steps.

Are your kits authentic?
Yes — we sell official, authentic products. No knockoffs.
When do you restock?
Restocks depend on distributor availability and new releases. The best way to stay updated is to join our email list: Join the Hangar.
Can you special order a kit for me?
Maybe. If you’re looking for something specific, send us a message and we’ll let you know if we can source it.
